The company currently has a total of nearly 1,000 employees and is fully equipped with machinery and equipment. The company has 30 500T, 200T, and 120T hydraulic presses, 4 filling and powder filling machines, 10 high-frequency brazing machines, 2 furnace welding equipment, 30 automatic polishing machines, 20 argon arc welding machines, 10 laser welders, 30 injection molding machines, and 10 stainless steel fast electric kettle assembly lines. The total number of employees exceeds 1,000. The production capacity of heating tubes is 600,000 pieces/month, and the brazing parts are 600,000 pieces/month. The annual output of stainless steel fast electric kettles can reach 8 million units.
The company has successively passed ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification, 3C, TUV, CB, CE, GS and other certifications.
